Information we collect
We collect account and workspace details, payment information, content you submit such as prompts, messages, files, and conversations, and usage and technical data. Usage and technical data can include pages and product features used, interactions, referring pages, timestamps, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address, and browser, session, and account identifiers. Essential cookies keep you signed in and secure your session.
How we use information
We use information to run and secure Life, generate requested AI responses, process payments, provide support, understand how the website and product are used, improve Life and its reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Website and product analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people use our website and product. PostHog processes usage and technical data for us, including page views, product interactions, browser and device details, referring pages, approximate location, and browser and session identifiers. PostHog does not receive your conversation content or conversation identifiers. This includes prompts, responses, conversation titles, and attachments. Session replay remains enabled, but conversation areas are excluded before recording data leaves your device. Recorded network request and response bodies are also removed. PostHog may use cookies or similar browser storage to recognize a browser and connect events in one or more sessions. Analytics are not used for advertising or to build advertising profiles. PostHog Cloud processes our analytics data in the European Union. We retain this data according to our PostHog settings and only for as long as needed for these purposes. You can limit cookies and similar storage in your browser and object to this processing through our contact form.
AI providers and your content
We send your prompt and related content to the AI provider you choose. This may be OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI. We do not use your conversations or content for model training or advertising.
Payment processing
Stripe processes payments and collects payment details directly. We do not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information only with providers needed to operate Life, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide Life, keep records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.
Deleting your data
You can delete conversations, a workspace, or your account in Life. Account deletion removes associated content, except information we must retain by law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Exercise these rights through our contact form.
