Billing, credit, and refund terms

How billing works

Life is usage-based. You add prepaid credit to your workspace, and that credit is drawn down as you use the service. All amounts are charged and displayed in US dollars (USD). There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal - you are charged only when you add credit.

Adding credit

Credit is purchased as a one-time payment and added to your workspace balance immediately. Your balance carries over until it is used. When it runs out, the service pauses until you add more credit.

Refunds

Prepaid credit is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credit already consumed cannot be refunded.

For billing questions, balance help, or disputes, use our contact form before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

Physical goods and returns

Life does not sell physical goods, so no shipping or returns policy applies.
